Communication Skills for Success is customized to the needs of professionals in management positions. The workshop provides instruction and practice in how to advocate your position effectively, invite others to share their opinions, gather input and gain consensus for motivation and decision-making.
The instructor will provide participants with effective communication tools and the reasons behind them. Each skill is presented and modeled before the class engages in role-play in order to practice the skill and receive coaching from an expert. Participants are then invited to discuss how the skill might be applied in their work environment either with co-workers or customers.
