Maintaining and improving your skills
The practice of medicine requires the application of critical thinking skills, especially in clinical settings. “Critical Thinking Skills Review” is designed to provide medical professionals with a review of the critical thinking process so that they can continue to consciously apply the principles to their practice and further hone their skills.
This workshop is designed to reintroduce the concept and process of critical thinking. Participants learn about definition and structure through lecture and exercises. We cover the steps and conditions of critical thinking. Given the depth of the subject matter and the length of the course, we focus on a review of basic skills useful in day-to-day activities.
This workshop will provide your employees with a review of the skills to:
Identify the question
Form a hypothesis
Gather data
Logically test the hypothesis
Draw reliable conclusions based on knowledge they can support
Continue to consciously practice and improve their skills
