This workshop is designed to teach your employees to deal with challenging interpersonal situations effectively, so that a negative situation becomes positive, and the focus turns to problem solving and solutions
Lecture and skill modeling by the instructor will provide participants with core knowledge. Exercises will reinforce the skills learned.
Participants are then asked to provide real-life examples from their own day-to day in order to learn how to apply the material and the skills to real situations.
