How to say what you mean and get what you want through e-mail
This workshop is designed to provide participants with new information and insight into the effective use of e-mail in their day-to-day work.
Participants review the dos and don’ts of email ethics and etiquette. We then use examples of improper or ineffective email communication to illustrate the issues. Participants apply their new skills to the examples and review their corrections with the instructor.
