How to say what you mean and get what you want through email
This workshop is designed to provide participants with new information and insight into the effective use of e-mail in their day-to-day work.
Participants review the dos and don’ts of email ethics and etiquette. We then use examples of improper or ineffective e-mail communication to illustrate the issues. Participants apply their new skills to the examples and review their corrections with the instructor.
