“Facilitating Group Problem Solving” provides an overview of a logical process for identifying, prioritizing and solving problems. Through the use of the tools presented managers learn to help their team remove the emotion and bias from the process while focusing on facts and options to make effective choices regarding solutions.

The course includes instruction in the use of Ishikawa Diagrams, Brainstorming, Affinity Diagrams, Flow Chart Analysis, Cause and Effect Analysis, Selection Criteria, Measures and Tracking.
