Our instructional design is focused on teaching or enhancing employees’ skills and then modeling and applying the skills to real work issues in order to demonstrate their effectiveness and reinforce their use. We’ve created programs, including computer-based training, for organizations as varied as the California Worker’s Compensation Institute, Applied Biosystems, the American Medical Association and HCL Technologies.
We research the logistics, the target audience and the desired skill set to determine the objectives, the structure, and the best delivery method in order to design a training product that is useful and effective in the real world.
Building on the information received during the design phase, we create learning points, scripts, questions, and case exercises to convey information and teach and reinforce new skills. The material is then arranged into participant materials and leader guides.
A skilled instructor from Dynamic Interchange India will then implement the program at your facility, or should you prefer, conduct a “train-the-trainer” session to teach your employees how to train others using the materials produced.
