Beginning with an overview, definition and reasons for strategic planning, this course then offers practical methods and advice for creating a strategic plan. Participants will learn tools and methods to identify values, competitive edge, goals and measures of success.

In addition we will address issues of dependencies and interdepartmental work flow and its affect on the planning process.
